Is You'r Subconscious Keeping You From Being Successful?
Updated: 6 days ago
Let me start off by saying that success comes in many different shapes and sizes and means different things to everyone. Success can relate to fitness, health, wealth, careers, personal development, buying a house or car, having a happy family, etc. Whatever your definition of success is, have you ever felt like something was holding you back or things weren't happening the way you intended them to? Well, let me tell you why this keeps happening. It's your mindset.
Mindset has just about everything to do with becoming successful. Our mindsets are a product of our conscious and subconscious minds. They are interchangeable. What we think consciously comes directly from our subconscious. Our attitudes, self talk, the way we view certain things and situations all stems from what we have trained our subconscious mind to think. This all gets translated into reality.
For example, say you want to loose weight. You've tried in the past and no matter what you did, nothing worked. But, anybody can loose weight, so why can't you? Back in my personal training days I saw this time and time again. You start off gung ho. You sign up for personal training. Tell yourself that your going to get your diet right, workout five days a week, drink lots of water. A month or so goes by and you see no results so you give up. In your mind I know your having all negative thoughts and self doubt. If you have a negative mindset, you are going to get negative results PERIOD.
Success is all about overcoming the negative mindset. You must train your subconscious to think only positively. In order to become successful in whatever it is that you want, your subconscious needs to believe it first. I want to share with you my number one secret to training the subconscious so that you can achieve anything your heart desires. Be open minded...
First, I want you to make a list of all of the things that you want. Second, you are going to say these things out loud to yourself as if you already have them.
Example: I want to loose 15 pounds. Therefore, you would say out loud to yourself:
"I lost 15 pounds"
"I look and feel amazing"
"I achieved my dream body"
"I am consistent, patient, motivated, and driven"
"I am worthy of achieving my weight loss goal"
"I love myself so I do whatever it takes to make myself feel good and confident"
Although these statements may not be true at the moment you are saying them, you are effectively training your subconscious mind to believe these things. Once your subconscious believes in the things you want, you believe them in your conscious mind. That makes you unstoppable.
The main reason why people give up on their hopes, dreams, and goals is because, for whatever reason, they believe they cannot attain them. They have trained their subconscious mind to believe that they will not reach success.
You see, your subconscious mind doesn't have a buffer between what's real and whats not. By practicing the above exercise, you will demolish all negative thoughts and self doubt. You will truly believe that you can accomplish absolutely anything! You will have a new found motivation, confidence, self drive, and self belief. Your mind will be so powerful that you will over come any obstacle that you face. You will not let anyone else bring you down with their negative opinions and comments. You will stop any negative thought or self doubt in its tracks.
You can become successful in anything you desire. You just have to deeply believe in yourself first. Once you have mastered your mindset, the rest falls into place.
Wishing you a beautiful day 🌿
Much Love,
